Forevermore (Club Destiny #12)(8)
Author: Nicole Edwards

“I’m sorry,” she blurted, setting her wineglass on the nearby end table. “We don’t have to play.”

Elijah’s eyebrows lowered, but he didn’t speak.

And now she felt like complete crap for putting him on the spot like that.

Without thinking, she got to her feet and moved over to him. He was stone still, so she straddled his legs and tilted his chin up with her fingertips. “I’m sorry.”

“For what?”

“For trying to get you to do something you don’t want to do.”

His eyes met hers. “I didn’t say I don’t want to do it.”

Sam studied him, tried to process.

“Let’s start slow,” Logan suggested.

Sam looked over at her husband, saw that he was watching them intently. No way could she not see the interest in his eyes, even in the shadows.

“Without the bottle,” he added. “If you roll, we take turns doing it to you. If we roll, you perform for us.”

Sam nodded and looked back at Elijah. “I’m good with that.”

Elijah met her gaze and nodded. “Me, too.”

***

One thing Logan knew about Sam was that she was relentless in her pursuit of what she wanted.

And it was abundantly clear that she was on a mission for a repeat of what had happened this morning.

Logan wouldn’t say he was completely on board with the idea, but he wasn’t entirely opposed to it, either. He had been shocked by Elijah’s touch and definitely not in a bad way. He would go so far as to say he had enjoyed it. It had added an element that had intrigued him, made him come harder than he had in a long damn time. However, if they had planned it, he couldn’t say it would’ve played out the same way. He wasn’t sure Sam understood that.

“All right. Who wants to go first?” Sam prompted.

“I think Elijah should,” Logan told her. “Then me, then you.”

Her pretty lips formed a pout as she got to her feet. Sam retrieved the dice, passed them to Elijah, then grabbed her wineglass and returned to her spot on the floor.

Elijah took a moment to study the dice, turning them in his hands as he read whatever was on them. Logan noticed the smile as it formed, and he relaxed a bit.

For most of the day, Elijah had been somewhat standoffish. Since Logan hadn’t known what, if anything, he could say to make the situation any less awkward, he’d avoided it altogether, which probably hadn’t helped in putting Elijah’s mind at ease. And he had to assume that was the reason for the awkward tension. The touching this morning … no, it hadn’t been enough to write home about, but it had been a significant shift for them. Something that Logan was curious to explore, but he wasn’t willing to dive right in.

Elijah closed his hand around the dice, shook them, then let them fly down to the floor in front of Sam.

She leaned over and read them. “Lick. Neck.” She looked up at Logan. “You call time.”

Logan nodded, then watched as she got to her feet and moved back to Elijah, positioning herself on his lap once more.

He smiled to himself when she dramatically tilted Elijah’s head to the side so she had better access to the spot she coveted. Logan watched as her little pink tongue dragged over Elijah’s skin, and just like anytime the two were intimate, Logan’s cock began to swell.

Elijah seemed to relax beneath the onslaught, and it didn’t take but a few seconds before Sam was getting into the action, adding some sucking action.

“Stick to the rules,” Logan commanded. “Lick, not suck.”

She grunted, and Elijah chuckled.

“Time.”

Sam immediately halted her ministrations, pulling away from Elijah. She grabbed the dice, handed them to Logan with a smirk.

For the next half hour, they each had a handful of turns, Sam having to perform twice as often. If the makers of the game meant this as foreplay, they’d certainly knocked it out of the park. Between stroking nipples, sucking lips, and putting ice below the navel, things escalated quickly. Enough so, Sam had shed a good portion of her clothing while he and Elijah were wearing only jeans.

“Another beer?” Logan offered Elijah when he finished his last round of kissing Sam’s belly.

“Sure.”

“I’ll take the empty,” he offered.

Elijah surprised him, glancing at the empty bottle, then back to Logan. “I think we’ll need it for the next round.”

Logan stilled, his gaze locked with Elijah’s.

This was a major turning point in their relationship. One that, should they pursue it, they would never come back from. And that was what worried Logan the most. He was comfortable with their life together. The three of them. They meshed in a way most people wouldn’t understand. Anything more … well, anything more had the potential to knock over their delicate house of cards.

“If you’re good with it,” Elijah said softly, still holding his gaze.

“I’m good with it,” he admitted, partially surprised that it was the truth.

“Me, too.”

Sam’s sharp inhale had them both looking her way. “I … uh … I think I’ll get more wine.”

Logan smiled as he realized how badly his wife wanted this to happen.

“I’ll add some wood to the fire,” Elijah stated, his attention shifting away quickly.

While he did that, Logan went to the kitchen, opened the fridge, and grabbed two more beers. The power was out, but the temperature was holding steady; however, he knew that wouldn’t be the case for too long. If they didn’t get electricity back soon, there was a good possibility their food would spoil.

But it wasn’t something he could worry himself with now. Worst case, they could put it outside to keep it fresh, but he didn’t want to point it out and risk Sam getting anxious again.

After opening the bottles, Logan went back to the living room and passed one to Elijah, then returned to his spot on the couch.

Sam was back quickly, downing half her glass before setting it on the table and easing down to her knees.

“Are you cold?” Logan asked, noticing her nipples were hard.

“I’m good.” She sounded a bit breathless, which made him smile.

“Whose turn is it?”

“Elijah’s,” she said, tossing him the dice.

“I’ll let you spin the bottle,” he said, passing the bottle to Sam.

And this was the point of no return. Introducing that bottle meant they ran the risk of Logan having to perform on Elijah and vice versa. Since the dice held a variety of actions and body parts, there was no telling what it would lead to.

Logan watched as Sam leaned over and placed the bottle on the hardwood floor before spinning it. The anticipation of the moment was obliterated when it landed on Elijah. That helped to settle them as the three of them laughed before Sam did it again. This time it landed on Sam, and the rest of the tension dissipated. At least for the moment.

Elijah rolled the dice.

Sam read them. “Warm breath. Below navel.”

She smiled as she crawled over to Elijah to complete her task while Logan observed. It was hot, but not as hot as it would’ve been if Sam had taken Elijah’s cock in her mouth. Somehow they’d managed to avoid that particular action, although it was a possibility based on the dice. Or at least he assumed that was what the “xxx” referred to.
